Fun Fact Friday

Friday is here again!  This week was a fun one for us as we celebrated Levi's 4th birthday. Sorry I haven't been posting a lot of recipes lately. I have some great things to post coming soon. Next week I will share a super easy and very delicious recipe for the grill.  Here are some fun facts from this week!...

 1. Levi had a very fun birthday! He had been waiting for this day for months! We did a lot of fun activities all day long. My husband even took half the day off of work to be with him. The highlight of the day was our tradition we do each year on Levi's birthday. We started when he was two years old going to the airport to watch the airplanes fly by right before they land. We found a really cool spot where they fly right over us! They are so close. It's such a neat thing and my kids love it!  We also have a picnic there too. Best tradition ever!

2. Each birthday and half birthday we measure Levi. It's crazy how fast this little guy is growing!

3.  I have been busy this week preparing for Levi's birthday party tomorrow. I'm not going all out but I have had a few things to prepare. We are doing a tractor/construction theme. I am hoping the cake turns out as planned. I will share pictures from the party next week.

4. I am in love with avocados. I've always liked them but I like them now better than ever!  What is your favorite way to eat them? I love guacamole of course and in my burritos.
