This peach smoothie is really peachy! I love how the peach is the star of the smoothie. It's one of my favorite ways to enjoy a fresh yummy peach.
My favorite thing about homemade smoothies is how it makes it easier for me to eat more fruit. I find it easier to drink up a smoothie verses trying to eat a whole bunch of fruit. This is a especially a good thing for me since I'm pregnant. And my little baby boy really liked this smoothie! As I was drinking it up he was moving around a lot. But then again he is always moving!
Just a note about this recipe. It calls for peeling your peach. I didn't peel my peach. I prefer to keep the skin on. But you can do it however you like it.
