Homemade Fajita Seasoning Mix
I hope you all had a happy Halloween! We had a very fun day. My husband took the day off work and after my doctor's appointment we headed to the zoo! Levi loved it! We celebrated my sister-in-law's birthday that night and my brother-in-law took Levi trick or treating. He dressed up as a cute pea in a pod. He picked up quickly on trick or treating and at each door said trick or treat and thank you. He's such a cutie!
I've tried 2 different homemade fajita mixes and this one was the winner! It's super easy and you most likely have these spices since they are basic ones. I like it way better than the store bought fajita mixes. It tastes more real and less processed to me. I don't think I will use a fajita mix again! Another thing is you can make this ahead of time and even double or triple it and save the mix for later use so it's ready to go. Tomorrow I will post a recipe on fajitas but for now here is the recipe for the mix.
