The No-Cry Picky Eater Solution: Review and A Giveaway

* This giveaway is now closed.*

Last month I was contacted by the author, Elizabeth Pantley to do a review of her newest book, The No-Cry Picky Eater Solution. I was really excited to read this book because my toddler Levi is a really picky eater and I was hoping this book would help.  It's hard wanting him to eat a well-balanced diet when he doesn't always want that.

I loved reading this book and in the few short weeks I've had it it's already has had a big impact in our house.  Not only are Levi's eating habits improving I feel more understanding of the whole situation.

I realized that I am not the only one who has a picky child and that it takes time and patience.  The most important thing I learned is not to expect things to change overnight but to realize it will take a lot of small changes and that the goal is to help Levi create good lifetime habits.  Another important thing I learned is how important it is that I set a good example for him. Since reading this book I have noticed that I have been eating a lot more fruits and vegetables and less junk food.

I am excited to continue to put into practice the things I learned from this book. I am now confident that with patience, persistence and time Levi will learn to enjoy all foods.  The book also includes a lot of fun and healthy recipes I look forward to trying.

As the description of the book says, The No-Cry Picky Eater Solution helps you to:

Get your child to eat- and enjoy!- vegetables, grains, and other healthy food

Reduce the sugar, fat, and junk food in your child's meals without your child noticing the change.

Make subtle, healthy improvements in favorite recipes to boost nutrition for the whole family.

Relax and enjoy mealtime and snack time at your home.

Instill good eating habits that your children can take into adulthood.

I highly recommend this book to any one who has a picky eater. It really helps with understanding the situation and helps in knowing what to do to start making changes.  Here is a link to Amazon where you can purchase the book. This would also be a great Christmas present.

I'm so glad I read this book and I'm excited to giveaway a free copy to one of you!
