I was excited to see my cousin Sarah at our family gathering in Provo. It's been a long time since we've seen each other since she lives far away. She told me how much she loves my blog. I love to hear that! She says she especially loves when I post healthy recipes and would love to see more of that. The best thing is just last week I have determined to eat healthier and am trying to make healthier dinners. I don't want to entirely give up sweets because I love it. (chocolate!) So instead if I bake I will make healthier versions of baked goods.
I would also love if you have any healthy recipes or healthier versions of recipes you have tried and love to please e-mail it to me. I can't promise to try them all and post them but I will try and do what I can. I am a busy mom on a tight budget but I am always looking for something new and healthy to try. I also started a new label on the right song of my blog under, "healthified." These will be recipes that are healthier versions of more fattening foods such as my baked taquitos.
