30-Second Brownies

Stay up to date on my newest recipes by following Love to be in the Kitchen on Facebook or Pinterest!

Have you ever craved a yummy fudgy brownie but didn't want to wait an hour to make it, bake it and let it cool? Well now you can fix that craving in only 30 seconds! :)  And it's not only really good it's fun to make!

The other day I was craving chocolate but didn't want to and knew I shouldn't make up a yummy batch of something chocolately so I didn't. But then I was flipping through The Food Network Magazine's recent issue and came across these 30 second brownies! YUM!  So I went to the kitchen, quickly made this recipe and within minutes I had a little yummy chocolatey dessert!

This is so fun to make too and so easy! It's just 1 tablespoon each of 5 ingredients and a pinch of salt. I already have the recipe memorized.  This would be a fun treat to make with a group of people.  And the best part is it actually tastes good! I've tried quite a few cake in a mug recipes and I am always super disappointed. These brownies are so good! I love the fudgy brownieness of it and if you want a little more chocolate to it just add a few chocolate chips on top. Yum! 30 second bliss!

  1. LOVE IT! I rarely make brownies anymore because of the time they take or because we don't have the mix (yeah, I make the boxed kind). Can't wait to try these!
