Breakfast is the most important meal of the day! There's a saying, "The worst thing you can have for breakfast is nothing." My sister-in-law was telling me how her husband would rather sleep a little longer than take time to eat breakfast. I thought that was terrible so I made her this list of super quick breakfast foods. The idea is to have no excuse not to eat breakfast. All of these foods are ready to go or only take a minute to make or warm up.

I totally agree with you about breakfast. I just could not miss it and have porridge and wholemeal toast every morning or home made yogurt, fruit and wholemeal bread and honey.
